Your request and the initial assessment are free and non-binding. We discuss any costs of further collaboration transparently in advance.
Does a request commit me to anything?+
No. A request is completely non-binding. You decide at every step whether and how to proceed.
Which products do you source?+
We focus on packaging & print, textile & private label, HoReCa supplies and promotional products. We assess other B2B products via our controlled general request option.
Which products do you rather not source?+
We deliberately focus on low-complaint products. Machinery, refrigeration technology, large technical equipment or assembly-intensive custom builds are not part of our focus.
How quickly do I get a response?+
We usually get back to you within 1–2 business days with an initial assessment.
In which language can I send a request?+
German, English or Turkish – you choose your preferred language and we respond accordingly.
Are there minimum order quantities?+
It depends on the product and manufacturer. State your desired quantity and we will check what is realistically feasible.
How does DMD Bridge work?+
You send a product request, we review the requirements, look for suitable manufacturers in Türkiye and structure questions or offers clearly.
Which industries does DMD Bridge support?+
The current focus is packaging & print, textile & private label, furniture & office, HoReCa supplies and promotional or corporate products.
Does DMD Bridge work only with Turkish manufacturers?+
The focus is on manufacturers and suppliers in Türkiye. If a product cannot be handled sensibly there, we communicate that openly.
Can small quantities also be requested?+
Yes, smaller quantities can be requested. Whether they are economically feasible depends on product, material, branding and manufacturer.
Can DMD Bridge organize samples?+
Once a suitable manufacturer is found, samples can generally be part of the next coordination step. Availability and cost depend on the product.
Does DMD Bridge support communication?+
Yes. We support communication in German, English and Turkish so requirements and questions are clearly understood.
Is there a price guarantee?+
No. Prices depend on market, quantity, material, exchange rates and supplier conditions. We do not give unrealistic price guarantees.
Is quality control available?+
DMD Bridge reviews requirements and suppliers structurally. Specific quality checks, certificates or inspections must be coordinated per project.
Can files be uploaded?+
Yes. Images or PDFs can be uploaded in the request form so product details, examples or drawings can be checked more clearly.
Is DMD Bridge a trader or intermediary?+
DMD Bridge is a sourcing and intermediation service. The goal is to identify suitable manufacturers and create structured decision support.
What happens after I send a request?+
After the request, we review the information, contact you if there are questions and provide an initial assessment. Suitable manufacturers and next steps can then be coordinated.
